Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy describes prohibited uses of PokerRun.org. All users must comply with applicable laws and these rules.

Prohibited activities

• Using the Platform for illegal gambling or unlicensed gaming activity
• Operating illegal raffles, prize drawings, or 50/50 activities
• Fraudulent fundraising or misrepresentation of charitable/nonprofit status
• Harassment, abuse, threats, or hate directed at users or staff
• Uploading malware, attempting unauthorized access, or disrupting the Platform
• Circumventing payment rules, fees, or security controls
• Collecting or misusing participant data without appropriate authority
• Impersonating another person, organization, or PokerRun.org staff

Enforcement

We may investigate violations, remove content, suspend accounts, cancel events, or cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.
