Event registration information
When you register for an event, we collect registration details, selected pricing tiers, waiver acknowledgments, and related participant information submitted through the Platform.
Payment-related data
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (such as Stripe). We do not store full payment card numbers. We may receive payment status, transaction identifiers, amounts, and related metadata from the processor.
Cookies and session data
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, and basic analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Organizer access to participant data
Event organizers can access participant registration and event-related information for events they manage. Organizers are responsible for using that information appropriately and in compliance with applicable privacy laws and their own event policies.
Future mobile app
A participant mobile app is in development. It may collect similar account and event-linked information, authenticated through secure token-based API access. This policy will be updated before broad mobile app launch.
