By accessing or using PokerRun.org, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Platform use
PokerRun.org provides event management software for fundraising poker runs and similar events. We do not operate gambling services.
Organizer responsibilities
- Provide accurate event information
- Comply with applicable laws for fundraising, raffles, prize drawings, auctions, and similar activities
- Handle participant refunds according to your stated event policies
- Protect participant data accessed through organizer tools
Participant responsibilities
- Provide accurate registration information
- Follow event rules and organizer instructions
- Use the Platform lawfully and respectfully
Fundraising add-ons
Optional modules (such as raffles, 50/50 drawings, silent auctions, or extra hand purchases) may be enabled by organizers where allowed by applicable law. Availability in software does not guarantee legality for every event or jurisdiction.
Payments
Payments are processed by third-party processors subject to their terms. PokerRun.org is not a bank or money transmitter.
Account suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PokerRun.org shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for organizer event outcomes, participant disputes, or third-party payment processor issues. [Placeholder — counsel to finalize.]
