Overview
Refund rules for participant registrations are primarily set by the event organizer. PokerRun.org provides software and payment facilitation tools but does not automatically guarantee organizer refunds.
Participant registrations
- Contact the event organizer first for registration refund requests
- Organizers may define refund windows, cancellation policies, and exceptions in their event materials
- PokerRun.org may assist with payment record lookup but is not the default refund decision-maker for organizer events
Platform fees
Fees charged by PokerRun.org to organizers for publishing or using platform features may be non-refundable depending on configuration, payment status, and the specific fee type. Review fee disclosures at checkout.
Payment processor timing
Approved refunds may take several business days to appear depending on the payment processor and financial institution.
