PokerRun.org provides event management software for organizers running fundraising poker runs and similar community events. We do not operate gambling services, run raffles directly, or act as the fundraiser of record for organizer events.

Organizer compliance responsibility
Organizers are solely responsible for determining whether raffles, 50/50 drawings, silent auctions, prize drawings, additional hand sales, or other fundraising modules are permitted under local, state, provincial, and federal laws applicable to their event.
Module availability ≠ legality
If a feature is available in the software, that does not mean it is legal for every organizer, beneficiary, venue, or jurisdiction. You must evaluate legality before enabling or promoting any module.

Payment processing, mapping, email, and other integrated services are provided by third parties subject to their own terms and policies.
